I have a case of the Mondays!  Anyone else?  I blame my stupidity over the weekend.  I got a little overzealous with my workout regimen. The first mistake was going to the gym with a particularly hot friend of mine and then getting pier pressured into taking an hour-long weight training class instead of my usual sweet little cardio routine.  Apparently there are muscles in my body that I NEVER use.  Particularly all of them.  I can't move!  My fingers, however are still working properly, so I can still type this recap for you.  Hooray!
