Is President Obama Cool?  That's the title of the Video Monologue today and the topic of discussion for much of the first hour.  Apparently the Liberal media think Obama is too cool to lose in 2012.  Jimmy Kimmel who'll be hosting the White House Correspondence Dinner tomorrow said the President is so cool, he can't even write jokes about him.  What do you think?  We had a lot of callers call in to say they don't care how cool Obama is, they're going to vote for the candidate that will make the best candidate.  Andy thinks that Obama's success has not come from his cool factor, but from his true gift -- telling people what they want to hear.  He explains that Obama's campaign is based on hope, not on results.  To prove his point, he raises the subject of the Student Loan Bubble.  Last week it was reported that one out of every two of recent college graduates are unemployed or underemployed.  However, instead of coming out with a new jobs plan, Andy says "he went around to college campuses promising more free money!"  More hope that their problems will disappear.  Andy takes your calls on whether or not student loans should be so easily accessible.  To lighten the mood, the beautiful and talented Producer Miranda comes in studio to read the Bizarre News of the day.  A man gets killed in a beer keg explosion.  When asked what he wanted for his birthday, Victorino wished to have his wife killed. And a man has a meth lab explosion in his pants

Next, Matt DeBord of the DeBord Report calls in to go over this week's top economy stories.  They talk about the DreamWorks bribery scandal, the end of the Euro, Apple's iTV is officially happening (yay!), and Pandora is number one radio station in Los Angeles.  Later in the hour, Andy welcomes a new guest to the program, Dr. Mitch.  Together, they discuss a several fascinating medical stories.  Learn about the connection between brain freeze and migraines, seven diseases that strike younger than you'd think (I now believe I have all of them.  Thanks, Hypochondria!), and cocaine rots your brain.

It's Friday!  That means the lovely Kim Serafin, Senior Editor of In Touch Weekly, joins Andy for the Box Office and Entertainment Report.  Hear about which movies are worth seeing this weekend and which you should skip.  Which celebrities will attend the White House Correspondents Dinner and why did Lindsay Lohan miss her flight?  Actually, why is Lindsay Lohan going?!  Snooki and JWOWW are getting their own spin off.  If that sentence made no sense to you, give yourself a pat on the back.  And Bieber performs with Elvis' hologram.  Yesterday, Andy interviewed Robin Gaby Fisher about her book The Woman Who Wasn't There and it was just so good that he had to replay it for those who might have missed it.  You can also find it on our Facebook page as the Highlight of the Week!

Enjoy your weekend!  Now if you'll excuse me, I have some doctors' appointments to make.

Yours,

Producer Michelle
